I now see that my iPad is often running low on memory even though it is an iPad Air 2. This works very well and would suggest having a popup when available Ram is below a target level.

I used to use imboie phone cleaner until it stopped working a few months ago and theyve done absolutely nothing to update it. I was looking for something to clean up memory and junk and this does the job. Cleared up 500 mb of memory after the first use. Well worth the 99¢.
this app is amazing and a real life saver. it can really improve your devices performance and snappiness but the UI is just so ugly! you should consider hiring a designer or just stick with the stock Apple UI elements and switch that back page scroll animation to something a little more "iOS 7 like" :) still worth every penny! also you should consider adding support for iOS 8 extensions.
Works as promised.
Great app works as advertised
If I could have given this app less than 1 star I would have. This app crashes more often than a monkey flying a jet. It does not work, its a waste of a dollar, buy it at your own risk...I want my dollar back!
Does the job that it claims to do - I use at least once a day on my iPad - only complaint is a bit slow when you select deep cleaning - but so much more free memory after cleaning! I would recommend it to others.
Cleans up space but not as deep as desired. Very unclear controls. Dont know what Minimum and Maximum are referring to.
Not bad. You really have to check your downloads, but outside of that this is a great app...
Frees up a lot of memory!
I dont know all the tech stuff, only that this app works great. My iPad starts slowing down or freezing up and in seconds Smart Memory Pro cleans the memory and the net, apps etc. work again. What do people without it do?? Cant imagine.
I downloaded this morning and tried several adjustments to keep app from crashing when optimizing / checking SM. Not much use to me (iPad2) if crashes when testing without any guidance on adjustment of settings!
Filled up my 64gb iPhone, only had 2-3gbs left. After I used the optimizer it gave me 7-8gbs! Havent noticed the speed of the phone yet but trust me........ I will know soon.
I purchased the Pro for my IPad. But Every time I try to scan it crashes? Please fix.
I assume that its working but no processes are being analyzed or revealed.
I became frustrated with Battery Doctor because of the constant solicitation for new apps and because after running the memory clean function, the app would indicate that my memory was full again before I had done anything ( just turned off the BD app and then turned it on again). This app is faster and easier that the BD app. I added a different battery charging and monitoring app to make up for the loss of this function when I cancelled Battery Doctor. All is good now.
This app is a lifesaver for somebody who is maxing out the memory on her phone. I was down to about a gig of memory left on my iPhone and certain apps would squeeze me down to only having 100 or 200 MB left or less. Then all of a sudden youre in need of taking a picture and you "cannot take a photo" or Apps will just start crushing on you. Thats where this app comes in! It crashes cached memory and data that is no longer needed on your device. My only desire is that there was a tutorial to explain the settings section and how to maximize use of those options. OK I lied, I also think this app is an awesome utility app (I use this every day and sometimes several times a day) so it needs a better icon because we value icons that are on our smart phones and iPads and appreciate the artwork from the apps that we love. Other than that this app does what its supposed to do and quite quickly!!
Not bad
Im so ticked off. The program seemed pretty good until it finished its scan. It reported how much dead weight is on my mini iPad, but it gave me no way to clean it out!!!!! ARGHHH!
With the advent of iOS 9, my beloved memory cleaning utility apps no longer did the job. Smart Memory was a relief to find, and its worked reliably since I first installed it. My only complaint is the wording attached to various buttons, which left me a bit confused at first. The button labels are not misleading, they just dont jive with what Im used to (e.g., Scan means scan, but it also flushes memory used by apps that have been fully closed). This left me wondering if the apparently freed memory was for real. All I know is, after running "Scan," apps that were open and misbehaving began functioning fully again.
